Lorillard Snuff Mill is a 3-story historic building located on the grounds of the New York Botanical Garden that originally served as a factory for producing chewing tobacco. It is being renovated into a wedding banquet hall. The project was featured in a recent issue of The New York Times. CBB is working on this project with Einhorn Yaffee Prescott Architects. The lighting for the project is designed with deference to the history of the building while being equally mindful of the modern needs for visual comfort and energy consciousness.
