Post Road Residential, the owner/developer of 75 Tresser Condominium in Stamford, Connecticut was delighted with CBB’s lighting design. Founder Andy Montelli expressed his appreciation in an email to CBB Principal Francesca Bettridge, stating, “The ‘mohawk’ is awesome.  I am hooked now. . . . Thank you for your superb work.  You are skilled and talented and I was glad to work with you.”

The project, designed with Philip Koether Architects, makes an impressive statement in the city and with its color changing night lighting increases the condos “curb appeal” and presence.  CBB also designed the lobby and amenity spaces as well as the landscape elements surrounding the building.
