The Eventi, a CBB project nearing completion, enlivens the urban streetscape on the Manhattan city block that it covers. This high-end mixed-use complex, located near to NYC’s theater district, includes an upscale hotel, apartments and a food court/restaurant complex with a public, outdoor plaza. A four-story high feature façade with a color-changing light display provides an exciting centerpiece for the building. CBB created this vibrant exterior with an innovative design scheme which incorporates linear LED fixtures into light boxes ensconced behind the façade windows. The LEDs are DMX-programmed to produce an engaging array of lighting colors, patterns and effects, all of which can be customized to suit particular holidays or occasions.
