CBB’s lighting design for The Kent, a luxury condominium tower in Manhattan’s Upper East Side, enhances an architectural design that blends classic style with contemporary details.

Welcoming lighting at the building’s bronze canopy usher residents and visitors into a bespoke lobby and lounge.  Other amenities include a pool a pool, a fitness center, the “Garden Salon” residents’ lounge/game room, a children’s playroom, and a music studio, the first of its kind in New York City.

Illuminated “lanterns” at the building crown add a unique presence to the city skyline after dark. CBB created additional exterior lighting for, a large amenity terrace, a children’s outdoor play area, and private balconies for residential units.
