The neo-gothic style Brompton Condominium makes its home on New York’s Upper East Side. The main lobby with it’s through-block entrance gave CBB’s designers ample opportunity to create custom fixtures that enhance the building’s aesthetic, as well as helping to guide residents from the entrance to the elevators. The lighting design scope also extended to numerous amenity areas – a children’s playroom, a party room and a lounge for Equinox Fitness, a retail tenant in the building. Additionally, CBB provided lighting for the building’s a sales office suite and nighttime illumination for an interior courtyard.
