Ocean House – a grand, Victorian beachfront hotel – is an example of CBB’s lighting design for historic building restorations and hospitality projects.

The project mixes old with new, using modern fixtures and technologies to meet the lighting expectations of today’s visitors. CBB designed the lighting for the exterior which included the landscaping around the site, the hotel’s famous porches and the new dining terrace, a main feature of the building’s expansion. In addition, CBB was responsible for all the public spaces including the renovated lobby, a new conference center, bars, restaurants and event spaces as well as the indoor pool.
