Time Warner Center provides a vertical, mixed-use lifestyle complex in the heart of New York City. The project includes retail, a hotel, offices, a large atrium, a floor of elegant restaurants, and Jazz at Lincoln Center – a theatrical venue showcasing the performance of jazz.

CBB designed all core and shell lighting for this iconic site, including numerous lobbies, a large, multi-height atrium and night imagery lighting for the glass-enclosed development.

Innovative lighting design successfully highlights the Center, making it a bright focal point at the end of the 59th Street access without obscuring views from its interior out to the city and Central Park. The lighting composition achieves this perfect balance, helping to create an acclaimed City landmark.
