CBB has provided ongoing interior lighting design services for more than 20 years, to an international law firm headquartered in Manhattan. Projects have included both the firm’s New York head office, and satellite offices worldwide. In a recent renovation, CBB re-engineered the lighting so that this was the first law firm to achieve LEED certification for selected floor fit-outs. The first of these floors achieved a Silver rating, while a later project obtained Gold certification.

Classical styles and integrated fixtures reinforce the architecture and create a comfortable working environment for the office’s late night demands. The lighting helps to simplify and clarify distinct spaces by disappearing into the architecture, leaving the ceiling free of fixtures and creating a unique sense of spaciousness.
