Francisco became a member of the CBBLD design team at the start of 2015. Before joining CBBLD, he worked as an architectural designer with a special focus on sustainable design.  He has held the role of LEED Consultant on numerous office building projects in New York City, to which he brought his skills in daylight analysis.

He graduated from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico in 2008 with a Professional Bachelor of Architecture degree.  He continued his studies to earn a Master of Science in Sustainable Environmental Design in 2010, from the Architectural Association School of Architecture in London.

Of the design challenges that he has experienced in his career, Francisco is most intrigued by the use of light to add sequence, dimension and activity to buildings and spaces.  He is passionate about exploring the combination of lighting elements to create projects that provide both functionality and style.
